My name is Tom De Genaro, and I am the Affiliate Liaison for the Minnesota ASPE Chapter.  It is my responsibility to inform our affiliate partners about participation in the local Minnesota ASPE events and encourage you to sponsor events for ASPE.

You may ask, "what do I get in return?"  The Minnesota ASPE Chapter is one of the most active chapters in the US.  Minnesota boats over 150 members, most of which are engineers and designers.  Participation in meetings and events will not only give your organization visibility but the products you represent as well.  Please checkout our current annual sponsorship opportunities below.

Annual Sponsorship Opportunities

Affiliate Platinum Sponsorship

Sponsorship Cost $2,000 check/cash ($2,100 credit card) - This is our most common sponsorship option.  The Minnesota ASPE Affiliate Platinum Sponsorship is designed to provide the Minnesota ASPE Affiliate Members with the opportunity to continually reach out and interact with the Minnesota ASPE plumbing engineering and design community.  Additionally, the Minnesota ASPE Chapter relies on your sponsorship for financial support to conduct regular ASPE business, technical sessions, delegates to business meetings, and more.  

The cost is $2,000/year, January through December. Note: This partnership level requires the affiliate company to have one employee that is a Minnesota ASPE member in good standing.  If you would like to become an Affiliate Platinum Sponsor please click the button below to fill out our sponsorship form.  You will be asked if you would like to pay by check or credit card.  If you choose check, our preferred method, we will email you an invoice.  If you choose credit card, we will email you a link to pay online.

Affiliate Platinum Sponsorship benefits include:

Monthly Meetings:

• • Monthly chapter meeting attendance for two (2) individuals.  This includes both our technical sessions and preceding educational programs.
    • UPDATED - This year, the Affiliate Platinum Sponsorship includes attendance for two! We would like not only our Affiliate Platinum Sponsors to attend, but to provide them the ability to bring along a designer or engineer.

Chapter Events:

• • Annual Golf Outing:
    • Foursome with meal included
    • Hole Sponsorship
    • Game Sponsorship
    • Exclusive discount to purchase additional foursomes
      • UPDATED - This year, in addition to the included foursome with meal, we will also be offering an exclusive discount available to only Affiliate Platinum Sponsors, for additional foursomes of designers/engineers.  This discount will not be available to anyone else.
  • Quarterly Events: (i.e. WhirlyBall, Bowling, iFLY, Hunt, AYP, WOA, etc.)
    • Attendance for one (1) individual at EACH of the four quarterly events.
    • Sponsorship for one (1) quarterly event.  Only ONE event sponsorship is included. (Table top recognition or similar)
      • Note - You can still purchase sponsorships for the remaining events if desired.
  • Annual Holiday Party:
    • Attendance for two (2) individuals
    • Holiday Party Sponsorship. (Table top recognition or similar)

Newsletter and Advertising:

• • Linked logo on the Minnesota ASPE Website
  • Logo included in the "Tap" Newsletter "Thank you to our Sponsors" recognition (qty 10)
  • Monthly "Tap" Newsletter full page advertisement (qty 10)

Additional Benefits:

• • New product announcements included in the "Tap" Newsletter (max qty 10)
  • Case study or white paper included in the "Tap" Newsletter (max qty 10)
  • Use of the MN ASPE Logo

New - New this year, we will be offering the above additional benefits.  If you have a new product announcement, we will include that in our newsletter, emailed to all chapter members.  If you have a case study or white paper, we will include that in our newsletter, emailed to all chapter members.

Note: Any missed events or unused items will not be pro-rated or refunded.  These are complimentary events and items, as a thank you, for your support and sponsorship of our chapter.
